If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. - Do not send your return package to the sender's address listed on the package. You must use the return address provided by Zoniyo’s customer service team.
- Ensure no non-Zoniyo items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Zoniyo is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.
Special Cases
- Damaged or defective items: If the damage or defect is caused by Zoniyo’s production or during shipping, we will offer a full refund.
- Order cancellation: If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping, the customer will receive a full refund.
