If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

- Ensure no non-Zoniyo items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Zoniyo is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.

- Damaged or defective items: If the damage or defect is caused by Zoniyo’s production or during shipping, we will offer a full refund.
