Worm Clay Worms are a charming and practical addition to your potted plants, indicating humidity through color changes. Simply soak the worms for 10 minutes, and you will see the clay darken as it absorbs water. When the worms dry out, the color will lighten, indicating it's time to water the plants. These adorable little helpers will keep your flower pots in check, letting you know when to water through changes in color and temperature. If the worm's tail feels cool and appears darker, it means the plant has enough moisture.

Whether dry or wet, these adorable worms will add a touch of playful clay to your home or garden. After the clay dries, the worms are fired in my kiln. Since they are all handmade, no two are exactly the same. The imperfections are part of the charm! The plant worm markers are approximately 8 inches long and 1.5 inches wide, with considerable windproof properties, but may not withstand freezing temperatures. For safety's sake, bring them home during the cold winter. As they are all handmade, no two are exactly the same. I strive to create works representative of the above images.
