Q:How often should I use it?
A:Depends on the dog & type of hair . I have a husky so l use it more than person with a curly haired retriever or short fine hired dog
Q:Does this have a razor?
A:No, there is no razor. What it is, is the BEST dog grooming tool I've ever had. Its simy amazing. I have both the large & small one. You would be amazed at the amout of shedding hair & undergrowth this tool removes. My dogs L O V E it! I Very Highly reccomend and have repeatedly.
Q:So does this just remove dead hair? Or is it actually cutting the hair as it goes? Like, I know its not a shaver, but will it make thin spots?
A:It will cut any debris (chiggers other seeds) out of thick hair. I use it daily on my Golden retriever and get a hand full of hair by session end. But never thinned out area, just silky smooth coat.
Q:How does it work on really bad knots?
A:It works, you have to keep combing at them. Sometimes it works better to cut off the big knot and use this brush for getting the smaller knot below.The sharp blades cut the hair and thin it down.
Q:I have a short haired dog, will you recommend me to buy this dog brush?
A:Yes, works well on short to long hair dogs. It is double headed, you will choose the suitable teeth for your dog depend on the hair length and if it is a shedder.

Orders totaling $79 or more will receive free shipping.

Delivery:
The delivery time frame includes both order processing and shipping time. For example, if you order a coat, it will take 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 10-15 business days for shipping, meaning you can expect your order to arrive within 11-18 business days in total.
Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. If not, we will contact customer support to either update your address or cancel the order.

Our orders only include the product price and shipping fees. Customers are not required to pay any additional import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax).

- Do not send your return package to the sender's address listed on the package. You must use the return address provided by Zoniyo’s customer service team.
- Ensure no non-Zoniyo items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Zoniyo is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.
